Not a Carrier or Freight Broker or Insurance Broker
MESA IS NOT A LICENSED FREIGHT BROKER. MESA IS NOT A MOTOR CARRIER. MESA IS NOT AN INSURANCE BROKER. MESA DOES NOT DIRECTLY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, DELIVERY SERVICES OR INSURANCE WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF ITS SERVICES. MESA IS A FREIGHT AGENT, assisting shippers in securing competitive rates through our network of providers. Wholesale & Discount Pricing
Mesa negotiates competitive and discounted rates with carriers based on shipping volume, industry relationships, and market conditions. However, pricing is not equivalent to direct wholesale carrier rates and may vary due to surcharges, carrier availability, and freight class adjustments. Quoted prices are subject to change until final booking and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Mesa does not assume liability for:
Carrier performance, including delays, damages, or missed deliveries.
Rate fluctuations due to fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, or classification changes.
Acts of nature, strikes, government regulations, or force majeure events that impact shipping schedules.
Shippers are encouraged to review carrier-specific terms and liability limits when booking shipments.
No Guarantee of Service Levels
Mesa facilitates freight services but does not control carrier operations. Estimated transit times, delivery windows, and service levels are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed. Customers seeking specific service guarantees should coordinate directly with carriers.
Claims & Disputes
Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed freight must be filed directly with the carrier in accordance with their claims process. Mesa will assist in facilitating claims where applicable but assumes no liability for carrier-related losses.

Mesa reserves the right to modify or update these disclaimers at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
